About Your Order

  • You can browse and purchase all products directly from the Your Essentials page. Simply add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You’ll find options to pay securely by credit card, PayPal, or choose payment plans for select items.

  • Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase online and make a meaningful gift. You can find them in the store section, and they are redeemable for both products and workshops.

  • At checkout, enter your gift card code, and the amount will be deducted from your total. You can use it for any purchase on the site, including workshops and kits.

  • Absolutely! You can add extra kits and canvases to your cart when purchasing your first workshop, or you can return at any time and order them separately from the Your Essentials page.

  • The Essential Journey Kit includes a high-quality stretched canvas (30 x 30 cm), a starter set of acrylic paints, a palette, instruction cards, a fine art reproduction of one of my original paintings, and a surprise gift.   • The Premium Journey Kit features a beautifully framed stretched canvas made from Australian, sustainably grown timber, alongside high-quality acrylic paints, a palette, instruction cards, and a fine art reproduction of one of my original paintings.   • Yes! Both the Essential and Premium Journey Kits are designed for artists of all levels. Whether you’re just starting out or have some experience, my kits provide everything you need to express yourself and enjoy the painting process.

  • Definitely! While the kits come with everything you need to get started, you’re welcome to use your own materials. Feel free to experiment and make the experience truly yours!

Shipping and Delivery

  • Currently, I ship within Australia and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping times within Australia are typically 3-7 business days. For international orders, shipping can take anywhere from 7-21 days depending on the destination. Once your order ships, I’ll send you tracking information so you can follow its journey to you!

  • Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the destination. The total will be calculated at checkout. Occasionally, I offer free shipping promotions within Australia, so keep an eye out!

    International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import policies for more details on any additional charges.

  • Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout for both domestic and international orders. Estimated delivery times and costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

  • I don’t offer a pick-up option at the studio at this time, but I’m working on potentially adding this in the future.

Order Issues and Returns

  • I take great care to pack every item securely, but in the rare event that something arrives damaged, please email me at info@laurenmaguire.com.au with photos of the damage within 14 days of receipt. I’ll work with you to make it right!

  • Due to the nature of art and custom-made kits, I cannot offer returns or exchanges on completed purchases unless they arrive damaged. Please reach out if you have any questions before purchasing!

    I accept returns on damaged products within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in its original packaging and hasn’t been used. Please contact me within this timeframe to begin the return process.

    Please note that due to the digital nature of the guided workshop, we do not offer refunds after access is granted. However, if you encounter any technical issues accessing the content, please reach out to us for assistance.

  • If it’s past the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking link sent to you upon shipment. If there’s still an issue, don’t hesitate to contact me, and I’ll help investigate the delay.

Online Workshop

  • In the guided workshop, I’ll take you through a creative journey where you’ll explore your emotions and express yourself through painting. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions and encouragement as we paint together. This experience is all about embracing your unique artistic expression in a supportive and inspiring environment!

  • Yes! Once you purchase the workshop, you’ll have ongoing access to the video through your account. You can log in anytime to watch or revisit any part of it.

  • Absolutely! You can purchase the video workshop as a standalone item if you already have art supplies or want to source your own.

Billing, Data and Privacy

  • Yes, absolutely. I use secure payment providers with full encryption to protect your information. Your payment details are never stored on my site, and all transactions are handled through trusted, secure providers.

  • No, I value your privacy and never share your data with third parties. The information you provide is only used for processing your order and ensuring you have the best possible experience on my site.
